Ingredients:
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 slices of American cheese
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomatoes
- Sliced red onion
- Sliced cucumber
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
Follow the directions on the package to cook the ramen noodles
Take them out of the water and let them cool
Put the soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and ground beef in a bowl
Make two patties by mixing everything together well
Set a pan or grill over medium-high heat
If you like your meat medium-rare, cook the patties for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side
Cook the ramen noodles and then cut them into two discs about the size of a bun
Really press them together
Put some oil in a different pan and heat it up
Then, pan-fry the ramen buns until both sides are golden and crispy
One side of each ramen bun should have mayonnaise on it
Put a little bit of cheese on top of each beef patty to make it melt
Put together the burger by putting down a ramen bun, lettuce leaves, a beef patty with cheese, tomato slices, red onion slices, and cucumber slices
Next, put the second ramen bun on top
Season with salt and pepper, if you like, and sesame seeds
Serve hot
