Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup fresh parsley leaves, packed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Put the tahini, water, fresh lemon juice, chopped garlic, ground cumin, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor
Use a blender or food processor to make the mixture smooth and creamy
If necessary, scrape down the sides to make sure all the ingredients are well mixed
If you want, you can add more salt, pepper, or lemon juice to taste and change the seasoning
Put the dressing in a jar or other container with a lid that fits tightly on top
The tahini dressing can be kept in the fridge for up to a week
Before you use it, give it a good shake
Then, drizzle it over your favorite salads, roasted vegetables, or grilled meats for a delicious flavor boost!
