Avocado Tomato Salad



A delicious and healthy salad that combines the creamy texture of avocados with the freshness of cherry tomatoes. The zesty lime dressing adds a burst of flavor to this refreshing dish.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Dice the avocados, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro and put them all in a large bowl

Mix the fresh lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl with a whisk

Add the dressing to the avocado and tomato mix and toss it around gently to coat

Put the salad in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes before serving

As a light meal or a cool side dish, the Avocado Tomato Salad is great
