Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup ragi finger millet flour
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1/4 cup yogurt curd
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
- A pinch of salt
- Water as needed
- 1 teaspoon ghee or oil for cooking
Instructions:
Ragi flour, rice flour, yogurt, cumin seeds, and a pinch of salt should all be mixed together in a bowl
Slowly add the water and mix it in well to make a smooth batter with no lumps
It should have the same texture as regular dosa batter
Melt the butter in a pan or griddle that doesn't stick
Use a little ghee or oil to grease it
Put a small amount of the batter on the pan and spread it out in a circle to make a thin dosa
For about two minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown and the edges begin to lift, cook the dosa
Sprinkle some oil or ghee on top
To make the dosa crisp and golden brown, flip it over and cook for another minute or two
Take the ragi dosa out of the pan and serve it hot
Do the same thing again with the rest of the batter
For babies and little kids, the dosa can be cut into small pieces that they can easily eat
