Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Additional Reese's Peanut Butter Cups for garnish
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until well combined
Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the crust
Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling
In a separate bowl, beat together the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form
Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated
Stir in the chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and chocolate chips
Pour the peanut butter filling into the chilled chocolate crust and smooth the top
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the pie is set
Garnish with additional Reese's Peanut Butter Cups before serving
Slice and enjoy!
