Fruit Salsa Dip with Cinnamon Sugar Chips



This refreshing fruit salsa dip paired with crispy cinnamon sugar chips makes for a delightful dessert or snack. The combination of sweet and tangy fruits with the warm spice of cinnamon creates a burst of flavor in every bite.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mixed diced fruits such as strawberries, kiwi, mango, and pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine diced fruits, lemon juice, honey, and chopped mint

Mix well

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld

Preheat oven to 350F 175C

Brush melted butter over both sides of the flour tortillas

In a small bowl, mix together granulated sugar and ground cinnamon

Cut each tortilla into wedges and arrange them on a baking sheet in a single layer

Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the tortilla wedges

Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until the chips are golden and crispy

Allow the chips to cool completely before serving with the fruit salsa dip
