Ingredients:
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line baking sheets with parchment paper
In a large bowl, cream together the peanut butter, Nutella, and softened butter until smooth
Add the granulated sugar and brown sugar, and beat until light and fluffy
Mix in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract
In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk
Fold in the chocolate chips
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets
Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a fork
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely
